    I haven't visited a Red Robin in quite some time and decided to give this location a try. I remembered having a great burger at this chain a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, they are just not what they used to be. I don't understand how a $14 burger can have a hard bun and tasteless meat. This, coupled with incredibly slow service with only four tables total occupied in the dining area, made for a very poor experience. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this, or any other, Red Robin location.

    This place is surprisingly affordable if you get a decently-priced burger and fill up on bottomless fries. The Red Robin Royalty program also gives some nice deals and discounts that make the trip even better. The Taco Tavern Double is my favorite, but I've liked everything I've ever gotten here.

    Red Robin is a decent chain restaurant, my kids always have a good time going thanks to the waiting area activities (chalk boards with games on them) and the balloons they provide. They have a lot of options that are good for those with specific dietary restrictions. The food itself is pretty good, even the kids usually clear their plates. We probably end up eating at Red Robin about once a month, which isn't a lot, but as a percentage of how often we go out to eat, it is a lot!

    First time I went and I ordered the Swiss mushroom burger. Best Swiss mushroom burger I ever had. Definitely recommend going! The ambiance is very nice and you feel welcome.

    Our waitress was very nice this time but the last time I went in which was only a month earlier my waitress was clearly overwhelmed and clearly did not like her job. Besides the service I'm writing this review because the food just is not that great at this location. Both times I visited my food is come out cold and I was unable to eat it. Had it not been for my last waitress I would be giving this place one star. She is the only reason that I can say I enjoyed my experience. I'm not really used to red robins not satisfying me so I'm not sure what's going on at this location but I hope that the food gets better.
